- 5 hardboiled grass fed eggs
- 1/2 cup vegenaise or organic mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon of organic mustard
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans
- 1/4 cup raisins
- Sea salt and black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Chop eggs, celery and walnuts/pecans.
- Combine all ingredients together.
- Serve chilled.
