Egg Salad for Hypothyroid and Healthy Thyroid Support
  • 5 hardboiled grass fed eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegenaise or organic mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon of organic mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • Sea salt and black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Chop eggs, celery and walnuts/pecans.
  2. Combine all ingredients together.
  3. Serve chilled.

Remember to include the yolk when chopping up the eggs
