Children can spend the week in an apothecary kitchen exploring the wonders of herbs and medicinal plants. They will learn how to properly identify, harvest, preserve and make natural products to take home and enjoy. The budding herbalist will begin their own plant guide with sketches and writings of their very own, harvesting a new appreciation for all the natural world has to offer.
