“Cool It Down” Gentle + Restorative
Summer is here and, as the temperatures rise, so does the heat in our bodies. This can often show up as inflammation in our joints, as well as feelings of frustration, irritability and anger. Need relief? Join Sher Shafer this summer for a special class designed to cool the body and calm the mind through gentle movement, breathing techniques and restorative poses. She will also be passing along tips on how to keep the body cooler through diet and self-care techniques.
