Kombucha Brewing , Flavoring & Bottling Workshop

Learning to brew, flavor and bottle kombucha can be easy to do at home with a little help from SHK’s Master Brewer, Robin Cervantes.
Learn the history and health benefits of kombucha, fermentation fundamentals, brewing safety, flavoring profiles and bottling techniques.
You will have the opportunity to taste flavor combinations and choose from our selection of ingredients to take 2 flavors of your own to finish fermentation at home.
Fermentation kits will be available for purchase if desired. Participants will receive 20% off fermentation supplies day of event.
