New Year New You: Meal Prep Skills

Get ready to meal prep like a boss. We’ll teach you strategies that can help keep you eating well through even the most hectic of weeks.
We’ll start by going over the basics of effective meal planning and prepping. We’ll build a meal plan worksheet and a shopping list, as well as a sample 2-week meal plan. Lastly, we will discuss how to cook once and eat with variety by reinventing the rotisserie chicken into stir fry, salad and soup.
