New Year New You: Whole Food Challenge

In this class, we’ll take healthy eating one step further and will explore a well-known program called “Whole30”. We’ll discuss the principles behind eating this way and techniques to do it successfully. A shopping list and recipes will be provided so that you have everything in your tool belt you’ll need to give it a try for one week. That’s right – we’ll all experiment with Whole30 for one week. We’ll also build another delicious, healthy meal together as an example of how Whole30 food plans can definitely taste good. On the menu: Vegan Quinoa Stew
