What is Yin Yoga?…..
Yin yoga is a challenging yet slower form of yoga. Simple, gentle postures are held for 3 – 5 minutes. This form of yoga helps stretch connective tissue between joints as well as improving muscle strength and aiding in preventing injuries. Yin yoga compliments all forms of exercise and lifestyles. It is also great for all levels from youth and beginners to seniors and athletes. You don’t have to be an experienced Yogi anyone can do and benefit from Yin Yoga.
