Vegan Soups and Stews

As the weather gets colder, everyone’s mind turns to soups!
In this class, we will learn how to make a classic savory vegetable stock, a versatile ingredient that never goes out of style and stores well in the refrigerator or freezer.
This veggie stock will serve as our base. We will then use this stock to make a smooth pumpkin bisque. No previous cooking experience required!
TEACHER: Kristen Dominguez – Kristen has ten years of culinary experience, including working for catering companies and as a corporate cook. She specializes in vegan and Asian cuisines.
