We began our farm in 2015 in a 3,000 square foot garden. Our journey began long ago when we became parents. We wanted (and still do) to give them the best possible life. That adventure started with food. We want them to have wholesome, nutritious, delicious food that is not harmful to them. We made it a priority not to spray anything, even “organic,” on our produce. We want to make sure they can go out there and eat off the vine.
As a family, we enjoy a simple life. We love gardening and spending time together. We home school our children and love sharing this lifestyle with them. We want them to learn what it means to be a part of a community that is geared towards helping others and changing lives.
We want to grow (and eat) food that’s not loaded with chemicals, healthy for you, and doesn’t suck! We do all of this by hand; no tractor, no-till, in the city, on 1.5 acres. Outside of our membership shares, a portion of the farm’s harvest will be donated to Hill Country Community Ministries who deliver food to communities that don’t have access to fresh food.
Our website will provide more information on our farm stand, farm share, and specialty classes we offer.
