I can’t think of a better place to celebrate this day than in Texas. When you think of the wild west and cattle rustlin, it’s the Texas Cowboy that comes to mind. These men and women lived and breathed the land. Although cattle were herded long before in the east, it was the large wild herds in Texas and the demand for beef in the northern territories that created our legends. The symbol of Texas and America.
