As a professional Performance & Health Coach, I specialize in optimal performance whether we achieve that through neuro drills, weight training, mobility, or boxing.

Everybody has a unique nervous system with its own strengths and limitations based on the current movement map. My method is to build a custom neuro-centric plan based on your health, schedule, and more importantly, fitness goals. This last year presented a lot of challenges in the health and fitness world. For one, coaches could no longer coach the way they were used to, and clients couldn’t receive the same in-person training they had before the pandemic. My goal is to provide an experience like no other, not to replace in-person coaching, but to enhance it from the comfort of your own home. Once your mind and movement map are clear the possibilities are endless.
