Specific exercises and strategies are used to recover the daily living and working skills of people with physical injuries or conditions. Activities and exercises can help older adults adapt to changes in their:

Self-care abilities- getting dressed, eating, moving around the house,

Productivity – going to work or school, participating in the community, and

Leisure activities – sports, gardening, social activities.
