Toss Away Your “Could Haves” & “Should Haves” Day

At some point in our lives, we beat ourselves up thinking about the things that we could have done, but didn’t. The things we should have done, but didn’t. We dwell in the past instead of living in our present. In the end, we never move forward. Today is an exercise in letting go. It’s time to forgive yourself. To forgive the past. In doing so, you will create a healthy present and a future full of possibilities.

Take the time to sit and write out all of those could haves and should haves. When you are done, destroy it. And vow to yourself to live in the now. To create the change, you want. It’s never too late.
