A Little Essential Stocking Stuffers

Essential oils gift and wellness

What are your shopping plans for this Christmas season?

Christmas shopping isn’t always easy!  Anymore it is so hard to know what to get someone and if they can or will use it.

What if you were able to combine your gift-giving with healthy options without it seeming too “crunchy”?

Here are some ideas:

The Exercise Enthusiast:  A sports cream, 3 oils: one to support uplifted mood, one for sleep, and one for the immune system…plus a year membership of private coaching.  Who wouldn’t want to receive the gift that keeps giving all year round?

Stocking Stuffer mustsShea Butter Balms, Chocolate Truffles

Your Zen Friend:  This trio of oils will support that family or friend who is in-tune with their mind-body experience.

A little something for THEM and YOU:  With this package, there are body care products, oils, diffuser, oils container…..so much!  This would be one of those packages where you could split it up with body care products for that conscience niece, the sports cream with some oils for your nephew, the diffuser with a few oils for your parents, the year membership and coaching for yourself!  And all your shopping can be done!

Skin Care: For the lovely ladies in our life who love their make-up and need to have toners, moisturizers, and other skincare products that are not going to be harmful to their largest organ is always a bonus.  This collection is a favorite for any girl or woman!

Winter brings some of the darkest, coldest, and gloomiest days of the year.

Try a few of these top essential oils for wintertime:

Citrus oils:  Use to help alleviate negative emotions that arise during the winter. Palm diffuse a drop of any citrus to keep moods lifted.

Rose and Lavender: soothe and moisturize dry skin. Combine with a carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil to repair cracked skin.

Eucalyptus and Peppermint:  Promote clear breathing.  Apply over the chest, add to steamy bathwater, or diffuse at night to aid in promoting feelings of open airways. Be careful to dilute both Eucalyptus and Peppermint for skin sensitivity. (For young or particularly sensitive essential oil users, consider using Melaleuca and Spearmint oil in place of Eucalyptus and Peppermint. Both are gentler oils that can assist in feelings of clear breathing.)

Fennel, Peppermint, Ginger:  Can help alleviate discomfort and support healthy digestive function from too much holiday fun food or even the emotions of the holiday.

Rub on your stomach or the bottom of your feet to help relieve occasional stomach discomfort.

Oregano and Melaleuca:  Keep your immune system boosted with these two oils.  Oregano is a “hot” oil so using a carrier oil is super important.  Creating a roller bottle with these two oils along with any citrus oil, and Rose to put on the bottom of your feet and back of neck each morning and evening can be a great benefit for the winter months.

How are you going to protect your whole body (mind, body, spirit) this winter?

Wellness Membership: Who doesn’t love to continue to have something all year round?  Give the gift of a wellness lifestyle full of support, education, and community.
