Walk around the block in your neighborhood

Jog in Place during conference calls

Walk your fur babies

Grab a ball and bounce it during every commercial

Climb the stairs and climb them again and again and again

Include squats, jumping jacks and wall push ups when you walk thru the kitchen

Create a creative path thru your house:

  • add the garage
  • add the side yard
  • add skip to the mailbox
  • and back to the backyard –
  • Reverse, add more squats, step kicks and side steps
